Aluprof is one of the larger European manufacturers of architectural aluminum products and systems for both commercial and individual construction industries. Company's extensive product portfolio includes entrances, frame systems, window and curtain wall systems along with rolls of shutters and garage doors.

We currently have a fully automatic high-capacity powder coating shop equipped with a Nordson Company powder spray chamber.

Thanks to the modern plastic spray chamber of the sandwich type and the powder supply and recovery system, the lacquer can be used efficiently and color changes can be made quickly. Switching to another color is done in about 15 minutes.

The entire coating process is computer-controlled. This ensures constant and repeatable coating parameters, including coating thickness. The effective control of the coating parameters is confirmed by the Qualicoat certificate.

Thanks to the modernization and expansion of other elements of the coating line, we are currently able to paint 100 000 square meters per month.

We have the ability to coat with all kinds of powder coatings from the full RAL and NCS color palette. Moreover, we can also coat with special effects such as fine or rough texture, metallic effect or varied gloss.

Our equipment allows painting elements with following total dimensions:

• length up to 7200 mm;
• width up to 500 mm;
• height up to 1400 mm;

Thanks to the additional manual paint line, we are able to quickly adapt our offer to customer requirements depending on the size of the order and the deadline for execution.
