Xinnix Door Systems bv

Xinnix designs, creates and manufactures door systems for interior doors. With our construction elements it is possible to create timelessly beautiful interiors.

The name Xinnix (I see nothing) perfectly describes the result our door systems achieve, seamless invisible doors. To obtain these frameless doors, we use an aluminum frame that is mounted in the wall.

Included hardware includes 3D independently adjustable hinges and a Xinnix magnetic lock. More than 30 types of different locking modes, including electric three-point locking, are possible. The system can be applied for swing doors up to 3500 mm in height.
Fire-resistant and/or acoustic systems are also possible in the same style, completely seamless. The classic cumbersome fire door can thus be replaced by a design Xinnix fire door.

In addition to fully flat-walled interior doors, Xinnix also has sliding door systems in its range. These sliding door systems allow the door to slide completely away into the wall. This door, which can measure up to 3500 mm high and up to 3000 mm wide per door leaf, disappears completely into the ordinary wall thickness. Solutions are available for both wooden and glass, single and double doors.

In line with these flat-walled systems, Xinnix has developed the XP50© embedded baseboards created. These baseboards are fully integrated into the wall to maintain the same trend of the doors.

To complete this minimalist design interior, Xinnix has its own range of door handles.
