"In addition, in the field of airtightness, various seals for inward and outward opening windows and doors have been tested for air permeability and classified according to Dutch and European guidelines," explains Batenburg. "The result? Our sealing profiles are suitable for class 3 airtight construction. At the same time, they meet the toughest class 4 NEN-EN-12207."

The DEVENTER sealing profiles offer the right sealing solution in every situation. Batenburg on this: "Our sealing profiles are distinguished by optimal sealing with high insulation performance. In addition, they are very easy to assemble." The SPV seal series, for example, features a hard back and flexible Vario foot construction for unprecedented grip in the groove. The closed profile section ensures the best possible insulation value and a pleasant closing pressure. "A house fitted with such high-quality seals in combination with ditto defining components in the facade, window and door construction guarantees the highest possible comfort," Batenburg said.

Sustainable

Besides being unique in design and quality, the products of DEVENTER Profielen (one of the initiators of the C2C Building Group) also excel in sustainability. "Our sealing profiles are made of Thermo Plastic Elastomer, or TPE," Batenburg explains. "This makes them free of chemical components, reusable and produced in an environmentally friendly way.
