Under the motto "The Good Handle," HOPPE presented several innovative solutions in the areas of Smart Home, design and assembly technology at Fensterbau Frontale.
One notable novelty here included the eWindow Handle ConnectSense. "This window handle recognizes burglary attempts at the window and reports them to the Smart Home system; and if you are on the move, you even receive a notification of this on your smartphone or tablet," says Ron Schaapman, sales manager of HOPPE Benelux. "Moreover, both the position of the handle - closed, tilted or opened - and the position of the window sash - closed or open - are recognized and notified."
Speaking of burglary protection, another highlight at HOPPE's booth was the SecuForte®: "This window handle effectively protects against unauthorized opening of the window from the outside. A unique security concept makes operation of the window handle possible only according to the principle 'press first, then turn'."
HOPPE also had a lot to offer in terms of new trends at the world fair in Nuremberg. "For example, we have expanded our hardware range to include attractive colors and surfaces with textured effects, such as sand brown, sand gray, sand black and matte anthracite gray. We have also developed four new models under the Resista name in the area of high-quality brass. This is a new market for us that we expect to offer many opportunities."
