The year 2023 can be described as a roller coaster ride for Ventana. Highlight: Expansion of the headquarters in Vreden (near the Dutch border)
Besides great moments, such as expanding production and office space, Ventana also looks back on a challenging year. Higher construction costs and inflation caused lower demand in new construction projects. This mainly concerned demand for lift-slide doors.
The goal, like last year, was to be so flexible with the market situation. As ventana, we see that as our greatest strength. To respond quickly as a supplier to changing market conditions. For example, for the renovation market we have expanded our delivery program. So says owner and director Stefan Schwanekamp. The new building will also offer more capacities, which will also contribute positively to delivery times. In the new office building there will also be room for training rooms for customers. Assembly days for customers is something that will be expanded in the coming years.
We have already been able to supply several sliding doors and folding walls and with our special frame shapes we have been able to deliver several beautiful projects.
Our aluminum products, will be shown to the public at the upcoming Fensterbau trade fair in March 2024. Due to the product properties of aluminum, large element sizes can be built. More important for us is to speak to our customers at the fair and thus have a nice exchange and conversations.
We are busy preparing for the fair. On behalf of the whole team I can say, that we are looking forward to speaking to our customers in person' Adds marketing and sales manager Daniel Lechtenberg.
