Full speed ahead with smart and complete sliding door hardware

As a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of glass hardware, sliding door solutions, tools, machines and consumables for glass processing and handling, Bohle is constantly setting new standards. Especially when it comes to fittings for sliding and shower doors, the company has firmly expanded its capabilities in recent years.

One of the solutions with which Bohle is adrift is the sliding door systems from MasterTrack. A technologically sophisticated product that cleverly combines maximum user comfort with minimum assembly effort and significant cost savings.

With MasterTrack, it is not only possible to realize sliding glass doors quickly and easily. The system also ensures that interior spaces can be transformed in no time into transparent living and/or working environments in which light fully dominates.

While the original MasterTrack program was already impressive with the MasterTrack FT (frontal track) and MasterTrack ST (shower track), the MasterTrack BT (box track) introduced over a year ago completes the range.

"While the frontal track lends itself primarily to wall or ceiling mounting, the box track proves itself pre-eminently as a track system that can be perfectly installed in the ceiling," says Frank Bouwman, general manager within Bohle Benelux.

"Via a completely blind assembly, that is. This is because the box track is equipped with a compact running rail in which the glass suspension is located under the runner. This makes this modular system suitable for both single and multi-paned glass doors. An additional option is the elegant telescopic system, which ensures that one door takes the other with it as it opens. In addition, the system is extremely smooth and light to operate, so that even a telescopic sliding door can be opened with featherlight ease. The high-quality ball-bearing running wheels in particular contribute to this."

Eye for safety

During the development of MasterTrack, Bohle placed a high priority on safety, it turns out. Every MasterTrack variant offers optimum protection against running out of track. Even when users open the sliding doors with a powerful swing.

"Thanks to the combination of a solid, continuous metal housing and a robust runner, the combination always stays precisely in its guide," Bouwman explains. "In addition, special dampers ensure that the sliding door slows gently and smoothly in one smooth motion."

The easy mounting of glass in the MasterTrack also makes you smile. Because this takes place from the front, Bohle's clamping trolleys are also very easy to fit from the front. Furthermore, all adjustment options in terms of height, stopper position and anti-collapse protection are accessible via this way.

Beautiful black

Following the latest trends in interior design, MasterTrack's sliding door hardware is also available in trendy black. A logical choice, since the color black for interior applications is currently more than hot. It is a nice addition to the long list of advantages that characterize the system.

"MasterTrack offers the interior design professional a functional solution that allows a space to be transformed quickly, easily and at relatively low cost," Bouwman said.

"The system could already be described as high quality, technically advanced and eye-catching. With the addition of black to the color palette, there is absolutely no reason anymore not to choose MasterTrack."
