Programs and partnerships for successful manufacturing of windows, doors and facades

It's a wrap. Fensterbau Frontale 2024 is at it again. The trade fair offered in-depth insights into the ongoing digitization of the window, door and facade construction industry. Of course, Orgadata was also present. The software company presented its groundbreaking, customized solutions at the fair. Also playing an important role was the intensive cooperation with partners.

At Orgadata's booth during Fensterbau Frontale, there was a lot of interest and activity. "It was noticeable that there were many visitors from the Netherlands and Belgium," says Paul Thyssen of Orgadata Benelux. "I was able to have many interesting technical conversations with profile manufacturers and assemblers from the Netherlands and Belgium. It was informative and very enjoyable."

Logikal 12

During the trade fair, the LogiKal software took center stage at Orgadata. This software has been promoting the digitization of window, door and facade construction for many years. As the market leader, LogiKal allows professionals to manage all phases of the digital design and optimization of windows, doors and facades, from the initial concept to the finished product. An interesting feature of LogiKal is its independence from manufacturers and its comprehensive database of profiles, hardware and accessories. This software allows craftsmen worldwide to create high-quality products. The latest version, LogiKal 12, also offers numerous enhanced features, such as a revised project center, integrated 3D rendering and an improved user concept.

SimplyTag and MES

Another key focus was Orgadata's new product, the SimplyTag. This allows all relevant production data to be attached directly to a profile and made accessible via a QR code. In addition to CE marking, this also makes maintenance and repair work significantly easier. Orgadata's trade fair presentation concluded with demonstrations of LogiKal MES, a production control system that controls and digitizes the processes in the production halls of window, door and facade construction

Partner programs

The booth again highlighted Orgadata's strong cooperation with other software companies, which can seamlessly integrate their digital solutions with LogiKal through interfaces. Companies such as CAD-Plan, T.A.Projekt, Soft-Ing.Team and Unilink presented themselves as strong partners. Visitors could see how programs in the areas of CAD, CAM, PPS, BIM, MES and ERP work. One of Orgadata's partners is the Belgian company Unilink, which has been part of the Orgadata family for about a year. Unilink presented its 3D programming platform, which allows direct control of CNC machines from all manufacturers. Especially in the spotlight were the products "Onboard HMI Software" and "Blackbox Module," which provide the machine operator with all necessary information and perform safety checks at the highest level.

All in all, the presence of Orgadata and its partners at Fensterbau Frontale 2024 was an impressive testament to the ongoing digitization and innovation in the window, door and facade construction industry. Visitors were able to experience firsthand how these technologies are shaping the future of construction and creating more efficient, higher quality products.
