Logikal presents software at BAU 2023 at Messe München

LOGIKAL MES

With LOGIKAL software, one can successfully produce windows, doors and facades all over the world. As an ideal complement, ORGADATA experts are also presenting the LOGIKAL MES production control system at the Munich trade fair. This development controls and digitizes the processes in the production halls of window, door and facade manufacturers. In addition, the control system enables secure and paperless production. And with Datasafe, ORGADATA has the latest invention in house. With it, all information can be retrieved directly from the element. Among other things, this helps with CE marking and later with maintenance and repairs.

Calculating the U-value

ORGADATA also presents some innovations and optimizations in its parent software LOGIKAL. For example, the software company has improved the tool for calculating the U-value of windows, doors and facades in the latest version of LOGIKAL. The tool has even been certified by an internationally recognized institute. So you can be assured that the program calculates and outputs U-values correctly and reliably according to the specifications of the relevant standards. The values are determined automatically and displayed in a clear and understandable U-value report. Window, door and facade manufacturers can use the results of the calculation in LOGIKAL for, among other things, CE marking and the creation of energy labels. 

"Energy conservation has become an important issue," said Paul Thyssen of ORGADATA. "This means that energy efficiency has received even more attention. That's where the optimization of this tool comes in handy." 

According to Paul Thyssen, ORGADATA will provide solutions to several other current issues at the show. For example, the software company is also showing an important digital tool for building information modeling (BIM) for window, door and facade construction. Thyssen is looking forward to BAU 2023 for yet another reason. "Personally, I am hoping for a number of opportunities to make new contacts and deepen existing ones again.
