More than one reason to party

For the professional window and door manufacturer and facade builder, Orgadata is a household name. The software house develops and distributes the Logikal package, with which window manufacturers successfully plan and produce their systems. The company is celebrating its 20th anniversary and actually gave itself the best present with the commissioning of a new office building at its main site in the German town of Leer. Immediately two good reasons to celebrate.

More than 16,000 users in 112 countries worldwide rely on the Logikal program to help them achieve the best windows, doors and facades. The software has a strong reputation as electronic support for increased efficiency and production security among window manufacturers. Logikal is used at all stages of the production process, supporting the user from estimation, quotation and ordering to construction and job preparation. This software also does its part on the shop floor.

For example, CNC machines are controlled directly from the program. A few mouse clicks and all data from the work preparation can be used directly on the sawing machines and machining centers. Without further programming on the shop floor, the machines know what to do, so that the products are made just as the customer ordered them.

The ideal complement is Logikal MES, the system that digitizes, optimizes and controls all processes in production. In addition, the aim is paperless production and Logikal MES supports in-house production control.

Spacious library

An important asset for Orgadata's software is that all products of the best-known suppliers of profiles and fittings for the production of aluminum, steel and plastic systems are integrated. In addition to profiles and hardware, many accessories are also in the library - always the most up-to-date situation and prices. Using this data, windows, doors and facades can be developed and produced without problems.

Orgadata continues to continuously update this database and integrate meaningful innovations. These novelties further optimize workflow and ensure even higher accuracy on the shop floor. Moreover, they open up new possibilities. The software house also attaches great importance to the user-friendliness and intuitive operation of the software. And compatibility with other programs and machines completes the picture.

As with the compilation and update of the product database, Orgadata chooses to cooperate intensively with various market players and benefits from excellent networks.

The icing on the cake for firms is the option to rent Orgadata's software. This way they do not have to pay a large sum at once to purchase the software package, but opt for a monthly rental fee. With the launch of this rental concept some 20 years ago - just after the company was founded by Bernd Hillbrands and Axel Giertz already - Orgadata was one of the pioneers on the market.

New offices

Orgadata's success story has been going on for 2 decades now. After all, the company is exactly 20 years old. But that was not the only reason to celebrate. The management also recently invested in the construction of new office spaces in the northern German city of Leer. Along the banks of the River Nesse, an imposing and functional building was constructed with office spaces furnished according to the latest concepts. The employees there are given the necessary space to give their creativity free rein to further optimize and expand the Logikal software.
