For the aluplast team, Polyclose cannot open its doors soon enough. They want to present to the public their innovative developments for the Dutch, Belgian and French markets. They know that these markets have specific requirements and have tailored their products accordingly. Whether one is looking for a sliding system, a window with a slim appearance or a system specifically for the Dutch market, aluplast always offers a suitable solution.
Family-owned aluplast, headquartered in Karlsruhe and founded in 1982, develops and produces plastic profiles for manufacturers worldwide, who process them into frames, windows, doors and sliding doors according to the German company's specifications. Its success stems from a combination of several aspects. On the one hand, the systems also meet the highest technical regulations and safety standards; on the other hand, aluplast takes into account the challenges of local architecture and design trends.
During Polyclose, aluplast will focus on its new neo platform. "This innovative solution is based on a modular concept that offers a high degree of flexibility and compatibility. A range of basic profiles can be combined with different profiles, hardware, seals and surfaces to produce fully customized windows and doors. With the neo platform, users can efficiently organize their product range, reduce inventory and maximize variety," says marketing director Karsten Ackermann. "All neo products are available as standard in the new woodec and aludec surfaces, which are highly weather-resistant and have the natural look and feel of wood and the noble look and feel of aluminum, respectively."
One of the eye-catchers within the neo platform is the smart-slide neo sliding system. In addition to easy operation and an attractive design, this solution is characterized by short production times and hardware neutrality. This means that one can use any hardware available on the market. The smart-slide neo is also highly dense and achieves excellent values in terms of thermal insulation, statics, density and acoustic insulation.
With energeto® neo, aluplast offers its customers a solution to realize windows completely according to their taste. For example, there is also an offset variant, which gives the window more spaciousness, and a recessed variant, which in turn gives the room a uniform, closed look.
"Inspired by the Bauhaus style combines energeto® neo the advantages of the technologies 'bonding inside' and 'powerdur inside' with a modern and timeless design. Bonding is done in the glass rebate without a metal thermal bridge, and fiberglass-reinforced powerdur strips replace the steel reinforcement in sash and frame," the marketing director continued.
"With neo France, we developed a window system specifically for the French market. It is characterized by a slim, cubic design that can be used in both new construction and renovation. This window system is available in three different versions: neo France Reno, neo France Monoblock and neo France Classic."
Finally, aluplast's range also includes the IDEAL 8000 NL frame system, which is perfectly tailored to the challenges and requirements of Dutch architecture and building styles. It excels in aesthetics and design, but also delivers top performance in terms of insulation and durability. This innovation has a narrow gable width, a large installation depth and hidden drainage. It is of course equipped with a stopper so that it can be mounted in set frames.
