X5 by Xinnix allows wooden and glass doors to slide completely into a wall of ordinary thickness. With this range, the specialist offers the right sliding door type for each application: Pocket and Wall, standard and XXL, Synchronous, Parallel and Angle. They can be delivered quickly, are easy to install and can also be finished with cladding as desired. Today the manufacturer of invisible door systems presents with X5DS a new removable rail with a double softclose made of high-quality materials, which brakes the door when opening and closing.
Xinnix continues to invest in the optimization of its invisible door systems. For example, the company developed a new track for its in-wall sliding doors: X5DS. "Our most recent development includes a unique double softclose. This brakes the door when the user slides it into the wall, but also when one wants to slide it closed," states sales manager Laurens Vermeulen. "The rail is removable, so you can remove it completely from the wall after assembly and after finishing the walls. That makes it easy to replace the wheels or adjust the position of the carrier, for example. That carriage determines when the wheels are braked. Only high-quality materials are deliberately used for this rail, i.e. no wheels or brakes made of plastic. In this way, we once again offer our customers a solution with a long service life."
With X5, Xinnix offers a range of sliding door systems, which can perfectly meet all the needs of each specific application. Thus, one can choose between the X5 Pocket and X5 Wall. The former system allows two rooms to be separated with a sliding door that disappears seamlessly into the wall, while the other version creates a pre-wall when renovating, where the door slides away in a slim wall in front of the already existing wall. "Depending on the arrangement, different sliding door types are possible. The standard X5 can go up to 3515 mm high and 1230 mm wide, but the XXL version goes up to 3030 mm wide per door leaf. In addition, we also offer the X5 double, suitable for double doors, where both door panels move independently," indicates the sales manager.
"With the X5 Synchronous, the door panels slide open and close simultaneously, and with an X5 Parallel system, two sashes disappear into a wall width of a single sliding door, providing a clear passage that doubles. With X5 Angle, our range even includes a corner sliding door."
There are also several options in terms of finish. With the 'Xinnix' finish, rail and suspension are concealed using profiles developed in-house, while with the 'Pure' finish, the suspension is integrated into the door leaf. The latter finish is mainly used in ceiling-high solutions. "The choice of plating is partly determined by what you want to attach to the walls into which the sliding door disappears," concludes Vermeulen. "For example, we have systems in the range that allow the wall to be finished with veneer or tiles. To ensure optimal use of the wall, there is also an adapted profile available, which allows one to even attach a TV or radiator."
