New door wing profiles for greater flexibility 

Efficient production processes with 20% reduced lead times in the workshop: that's what the door system heroal D 72 PF EM stands for. The manufacturer of aluminum systems, heroal, has now expanded the portfolio of the heroal D 72 PF EM system to include double-sided sash covering variants and sash profiles for use with a filling thickness of 60 mm.

heroal has developed a sash profile with a higher door infill thickness of 60 mm for the one-sided sash covering variant, which can be used as an overlay and flush variant. This variant complements the existing portfolio of 48 mm thick infills. The 60 mm thick door infill offers installers a high degree of flexibility - with regard to inserts such as glass or panels - for high-quality home doors that meet special design requirements. The accessories from the heroal D 72 PF EM portfolio, such as the demountable fixing strip, can also be used for the 60 mm variant.

In addition to the single-sided sash-covering variant (es), installers now also have access to the double-sided sash-covering door infill (bs), which gives entrances a special aesthetic appearance. With the double-sided sash-covering door infill, heroal has created an infill fixing system with which double-sided demountable/clip-on door infills can be realized. Additional profile operations are not required, so that the door can be processed immediately further. 

heroal D 72 PF EM bs is therefore the most efficient and simplest way to produce a house door with a double-sided sash covering door infill. The door infill can be flush or offset on the inside and the accessories from the heroal D 72 PF EM portfolio can also be used with this variant.   

All door infills of the heroal D 72 PF EM system are simply clicked into place. Compared to full panel bonding with 2-component adhesive, the demountable infill fastening is not only the most efficient and reliable way to install infills, but is now even faster and easier: a demountable fastening does not require any additional profile processing beforehand. Instead of the familiar mechanical locking pins, a circumferential clip profile ensures the connection of the door infill to the sash profile. The clip profile provides a floating bearing, allowing more movements to be absorbed in the profile. This prevents warping. The application of a cord seal is also no longer necessary. Thanks to the removable infill fastening, the door can be processed further immediately, without waiting for the adhesive to harden.
