With new window hardware, heroal is making its customers' production processes even more profitable. The innovative system heroal WF EM is characterized by particularly simple, efficient installation and combines maximum functionality with a wide range of design options as well as burglar resistance up to RC 3 for narrow profiles.

The innovative window hardware heroal WF EM is specifically designed for maximum efficiency in assembly and offers significant advantages in production thanks to its well thought-out design and far-reaching pre-assembly. To this end, the innovative rod concept of heroal WF EM includes ready-to-use, directly connectable system lengths for extremely precise connection of hardware components in a variety of window dimensions. Cutting and punching the push rods to size and free punching the sash corners is also no longer necessary, as the rods, corner guides and sash bearings are not slid into the profiles, but are clicked in from the outside. Maximum efficiency is also guaranteed by the fact that the striker plates are finely adjusted afterwards and the strikers are clamped in place by means of a bayonet. 

Simple processes for optimal processing

For fast, efficient production and a simple ordering process, heroal WF EM for numerous applications is available in a practical basic box with almost all components for a window in one set for basic safety. All components are pre-assembled and pre-sorted to save time and are delivered optimally protected. Only the lock and rods must be ordered separately according to sash size. For all other applications and for the production of larger quantities, all components can be purchased by type.

The tool concept further optimizes processing. Only two screwdrivers and a universal assembly handle are required for assembling and adjusting the components. Punching tools for the wing corners are not required. The new heroal sash edge protection, which prevents damage to the frame when fixing the sashes, promotes the quality of
the end result.  

Narrow profiles up to RC 3

For maximum security, heroal WF EM is also available in burglary-resistant versions. The innovative hardware combines the highest security requirements with unique design advantages, as it is certified up to RC 3 for narrow profiles. Easy installation with only a few additional parts makes production processes fast and efficient. For window widths and heights of up to 2,000 mm, production times are reduced because processing is carried out without time-consuming gluing of glass and sash frame. 

Maximum design freedom 

The innovative hardware system is suitable for all common opening types and is optionally available as a classic surface-mounted hinge side or as a concealed hinge side for a sleek aesthetic window design. Thanks to the extensive range of accessories with turn restrictors, heroal WF EM sensors for combined opening and closing monitoring and barrier-free floor thresholds, all common applications can be implemented. All visible hardware components are available as standard in white, gray and more than 500 RAL colors.
