Schüco will present its current product and service portfolio and several new products at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2024. The building envelope specialist can be found in a familiar location in Hall 7, Booth 7-507. There, visitors can learn more about the overarching theme areas CARBON CONTROL, RESIDENTIAL and DIGITAL, which this year focus entirely on the theme of sustainability.
The themed areas are arranged around a café in the center of the green exhibition stand, where visitors can learn about the company's latest product innovations and digital service enhancements. The focus here is on the CO2-poor building envelope, digital services and residential construction. The theme of sustainability runs like a "green" thread through all areas, as Schüco aims to pioneer effective sustainability in the construction industry with its products and services. In addition, a separate area of the exhibition stand shows at a glance how all parts of the company are intertwined with the theme of sustainability. Also defining the image of the booth are the partition wall systems from Schüco Interior Systems, which serve as both an architectural element and a component of the exhibition.
Future-oriented planning and intelligent use of materials also play a central role in one of the booth's three overarching themes: Schüco Carbon Control. This modular program, presented for the first time at the beginning of 2023, enables manufacturers, architects, investors and operators to consider the building envelope holistically - that is, over the entire life cycle - and thus reduce CO2-footprint of the building envelope in each life phase. At FENSTERBAU FRONTALE, the focus is on the CO2-footprint of window, door and sliding systems and answers to how best to meet CO2-poor housing construction. In the process, new material types for PVC as part of Schüco Carbon Control will also be presented for the first time. As a recyclable raw material, PVC contributes to lower CO2-content and thus to CO2-reduced Schüco PVC-U profiles. In addition, PVC can be recycled up to seven times after use and returned to the material cycle. Schüco subsidiary RE:CORE will explain exactly how this works at the exhibition stand.
The second overarching theme is digital services. Here the various possibilities with which Schüco supports its customers and partners and facilitates their work are presented. In addition to the new Marketing Center, which provides Schüco partner companies with digital advertising templates, the Schüco Connect service portal is also the focus here. With the service portal, customers can view orders online at any time, track delivery status and request company documents. Another highlight in the DIGITAL area is a VR station that brings virtual reference projects to life with VR glasses.
What can be virtually explored through the VR glasses can then be viewed in its original form in the RESIDENTIAL area, the third overarching theme area. This booth area is all about residential construction, whether with PVC-U, aluminum or hybrid. The various system solutions are equally suitable for new construction and renovation and offer solutions for detached houses or apartment buildings. In addition, the products on display address current topics in the housing sector, such as urbanization, serial construction and intelligent building control.
In addition to presenting well-known products, such as the Schüco LivIng system platform or the Schüco Symbiotic hybrid system, the product innovations Schüco FocusIng and Schüco Perfect will also be presented. The Schüco FocusIng window system with a recessed depth of 76 mm is a combination of optimal performance characteristics and durable materials. Visually, the system is designed with modern, angular contours and minimal overlaps. Schüco FocusIng is also system-compatible with Schüco LivIng and Schüco CT 70, which reduces storage and transport costs thanks to the use of identical components.
The Schüco Perfect system is a system solution for PVC-U and aluminum window and sliding elements. Additions such as blinds or insect screens, a window sill, fall protection or even thresholds can be supplied prefabricated and pre-assembled, so that installation on the building site only takes ten minutes.
